Teapots are complex projects, involving spouts, handles and lids along with the body of the teapot. It needs to be able to pour well, preferably without dripping too much! Add that to the added challenge of creating a unique shape and design, and the teapot or pitcher challenge is definitely a pinnacle of the beginning ceramics course.
